30-40 mins of Midjourney - Photoshop - After Effects to create a small animation test.

1) Imagine an Image + Upscale
2) Blend the 2 images to get the best-looking result
3) Clean up fragments, ex -> fix the moon, silhouette etc
4) Add fog
5) Add a storm/rain + animate water
