It's one of my favorite images from any story. A very subtle yet brute force heavy handed way to convey the weight that Akira Fudo carries on his shoulders as the Devilman. It's been over 20 years since I saw that OVA and I've never forgotten it.

@StroggifiedB @fortzon I don't like his current work as much as his Part 3 era art becouse of the habits he gained. Made his art resemble his Rohan OVA's designs too much. Less trying to replicate an artstyle and more of just doing his own thing. Rangler is full on OVA character with diff nose
