Well, I woke up at about 2;00 AM and then now about 5:00 AM. Before I used to wake up at those hours but once to go to the bathroom (usually I woke up at 5 AM) and then sleep again. Since I got a nervous crisis in June/July I've seen lot of psychiatrists and got hospitalized.Cya!
