Well I, I prefer making ref before drawing anything. But I do have Crysalis or Crysalisa or idk I haven't quite figured her name out yet.
I could say first that the black thing she has in between her eyes was supposed to be a mask.

In 12th grade art I did 12 drawings on a theme. I had no idea what theme to do, looked around the room and chose pipes.

I think these are interesting, but don't hold up well. They don't really say anything. It took a while drawing on my own to find my voice as an artist
