It’s wild just how much BL art has improved over the years.
I just picked 4 random BL manga released this year (please don’t ask me the names, there’s English on the cover) & look at how different the art is for these & the ones above. The contrast is like night & day 🤯

I’ve never really got hurtful comments on my Art before, or at least none that I can I remember.
I had my brother say I made my characters chins too sharp and big, but that was many years ago and I’ve improved on that since then.
