I think with the hair they were trying to do the Guardian Cross hair design....but unfortunately SE has a horrible track record with hair designs in FFXIV. I'm sure the reason they cut her hair off and dressed her in it is more because they dunno how to do the whipping tornado.

I can definitely see why you'd not like how he was portrayed. A bit overwrought in design. They through in all the visual "Satanic" imagery tropes which it would seem is "comic book" accurate but looses something in translation to film. https://t.co/Y9E3bHEcjW
