The reason why Spider-Man has Maximum Spider which is ostensibly a Rider Kick is because a) Spider sounds like Rider and b) Tokusatsu Spider-Man helped inspire some later elements of Kamen Rider

Watched yesterday and I LOOOVED it! Iman Vellani is a delight and MS Marvel is gonna be as huge as Spider-Man. Can't wait to see her MCU adventures.

I also drew Ms Marvel back in my Champions days. Even got to design her Dnd fantasy look.

Like here's one example, I don't think Batman has ever had a GENERAL CRIME boss villain as good as the Kingpin. This isn't to say Batman sucks, but the kIngpin in general has the crime boss tropes down so hard for SPider-man and DD stories.
