I think so yeah, they have similar colour scheme and sort of same structure. I haven't looked at the model names yet though (because wowhead is way faster at pulling those out than I am) but these are all called Devourers

Thinking of reworking this piece of Ankidah to look more like..the actual Ankidah.
I like it as a style experiment but the face is all off.

Well, I tried some more aggressive acceleration structures: pre-building tables for the distance function and normals at every pixel.

I got about a 3x speedup.
But the overall quality of the light rending is much lower.

Lesson? Sub pixels are important.
