13 vs now

At 13 I struggled a lot with depression and social anxiety, I didn't have friends so my self esteem was on the floor, my hair was crazy long too!

I beat Celeste tonight. My heart is so full. If anyone ever asks me to describe Anxiety and Depression I'm going to ask them to play this game. It's such an accurate metaphor for my real life experiences with those disorders.

Hello I'm Mele! I'm diagnosed with severe bipolar depression, anxiety and psychophysiological/ chronic insomnia disorder.

There are times I go days without sleeping, sometimes weeks with little to no sleep but I work through it and getting better ^-^
