Not sure how Soar would feel about this big yellow goofball. But Static generally gets along with everyone enless they're a villain. He's a bit of a card who likes to crack jokes and likes to have a good time wherever he goes.

Continuing with Ice-themed villains, there's Captain Cold. This guy is great, and if it weren't for Proffesor Zoom, he'd be my favorite Flash villain.

His costume in Injustice 2 might be my favorite, but you can't beat the classics.

Our 2nd Mr Mint design is 90’s Mr Mint. Personally i dont like the mixture of pinks AND reds in his design, and honestly it all feels pretty plain. however this was the turning point for mr mints design from the original 80’s version.
He is C tier
