Heh, you got a pretty good eye man. Yeah it's not. It's a 2D texture on a plane. I want to use it for an animation with pakumen and I'm trying to keep everything 2D.
I can't make it part of the sword though. The blade VFX is detached too.

ASL is a visual language so learning from drawing on paper isn't 100% accurate since ASL is a 3D sign language but drawings are 2D.
