Development files for Yoshi's Island contain a single crude sketch, likely a very early scrapped concept, for a Baby Toad. Interestingly, although many Mario series characters have received baby forms since, there has never been a Baby Toad.

Sister Location sprites imply that he loses teeth from the rot. Pupils turn supernaturally white making him appear more "possessed" and zombie looking. His pecs are due to Ennard trying to Emulate them crudely as seen in his model. I kept them more natural looking for realism.
