How Doc Shaner draws Plastic Man’s eyes in his goggles and how Alex Ross draws them feels like a two sides of the same coin. They feature the eyes, the area around them, and the reflections, but while Ross is very realistic and maybe uncanny, Shaner is very comic-y and stylized.
