My 14 yr old in Form 1 waking up at 4:30am, to be in class by 4:45am. Evening remedial classes up to 10pm. Now on a one week holiday, during which assignments that count towards his final grade must be completed. Who's going to stop this madness.

Since Juneteenth is Sunday and is now a Federal holiday, I figure I'd bring this back up to give people an idea of what it can sound like when some people who've done quite well for their family's American lives, bring up freedoms.

Context: Bill Barr said in October 2020:

POV: You're visiting your family for winter holiday, and they send you to go get something from the store and the girl you thought you would never see again is suddenly in front of you for the first time in roughly 5 years wyd?
(I just really wanted to draw Penny in this outfit)

"I love you, mom." - Simba

I made the sketch for this whilst I was on holiday, and I liked it that much I decided to fully render it digitally. No references were used.

We need more art of these two. Such a joy for both 💕
