Thanks! :) She's actually a specific yokai, kasa-obake, who was also used in the Kirby games.
I made some little sprites of several other members of the cast. The story itself lost my interest, but I still will use these guys in other things.

Besides Kessho Kokai, she also knows a ki attack called "Black Karma Ball," a projectile bomb designed to absorb her opponents ki and detonate. Very hard to defend against, but also very easy to avoid.
