Hot Take: As much as I enjoy both movies and especially I love the 2D and 3D animation of A New Legacy.
But in a story perspective, I still prefer Back In Action as a faithful Looney Tunes movie.

But A New Legacy & Back In Action have plenty of things in common. 👀

Just saw and it was awesome. 7/10 The cameos were great but it just missed the HEART of what made the first so great. It took itself too serious towards the end, and the “sacrifice” at the end was too stale.

The first 25 minutes was alright, it doesn't strike too much nostalgia like the original Space Jam's opening sequence!
But after 25 minutes of the film, I COULDN'T STOP SHOUTING OUT WITH JOY! 🤩

Not bad, was fun, but rather basic and underused some aspects.

They had Speedy... but didn’t use him, especially with Chronos (Hickory-Dickery Dock joke).

Pretty sure if Pepe was in it... it would have just been for the one fart joke...

Space Jam A New Legacy was enjoyable!!. LeBron was great but seeing the Looney Tunes was fantastic, they made me laugh & smile from ear to ear. This is how you do corporate synergy filled to the brim with WB properties, Cameos & Easter eggs galore. 🏀🥕
