They're really only adding "typically" behind every creature and monster alignment and are doing away with suggested alignments for player races in character creation. And describing lore more as "these are how cultures are in these places"

I like how in ff3 the upgraded black and white mage jobs get fitting visual alignments. Magus is moon/night aligned which goes well with their dark theme, while Devout is cat aligned, which goes well with their deciding over life and death theme
