I would've fleshed out Storm's magical side. I'd have also reunited Storm with Yukio, and made their relationship more intimate once LGBTQ relationships amongst the main heroes became more accepted in comics. They would've been married with a kid by now.

1. the left are illustrations (1 model) and the right are from comics. comics are usually more expressive and cartoony

apparently there was also a comic adaptation of Gargantua by Giovan Battista Carpi! I remember his work from the Italian Disney comics. his art has always had a lot of character.
