Took ~20-25 iterations with out-painting & editing tools, and then a fair amount of manual tweaking in PhotoShop (puffing hair, drooped eyes, fixing colors & the choker - DALL-E absolutely -refused- to render out the cheek mole 🙃)

Close to done with this piece. Created by going back and forth between painting and AI. Those final iterations of painting are the most time consuming.

Y'know... here's my opinion. I think these two iterations of Sonic (Archie and IDW) are very much intentionally meant to feel like very different characters.
You can think Flynn has always been bad, you can think Flynn has simply gotten worse over the years. But this is my stance

Sadly this will change everything. The AI can soon produce 50 iterations of the same concept for the AD to choose from in the same time it takes one artist to come up with a handful.

Example. I told the AI to look like Keanu. It gave me this.

Hard disagree on that one, I feel both iterations capture the essence of Herrerasaurus pretty well
