After Goku and co return to Earth, Mister Satan notes how things started getting strange two months ago. Presumably this refers to Baby’s arrival, and since that was said to be 9 months after Goku and co began their journey, this puts their total travel time at 11 months.
Baby seems to infect Goten, Gohan, and Vegeta all within a single day (and night). But oddly, these scenes are cross-cut with Goku and co obtaining the final three dragon balls on three separate planets, which presumably wasn’t all in one day.
