Seika (Name is Anagram. Seika > Sekai > "The World"), mixed blood between Earthling and Demon.

She was based on my Offworlder from Fusions.

Unlike most of the demons, she helps Time Patrol.

Bio: The good half of Kid Buu before his fight against the supreme kai's, "he" was forced out of their main body and nearly killed out of hindrance. Left to die, "he" came upon a dying humanoid female and fuses with her, becoming the playful Nuu.
