@vintagecoyote I still struggle sometimes but I've found it helpful to "connect" the cheek with the muzzle to cheat around having to think much about it, you can then separate them when you shade or w thinner lineart
Also having the snout go a bit downwards leaves more space for the cheek-

@SappySappster nah ya not blind coz it can be hard to notice when its colored but here is one example i got where the outside lines are thicker and the inside ones are thinner
