Alright, gonna experiment with youtube shorts for the next month or so. I'm going to start with rendering some videos for the shorts format and focus on converting viewers to either my main channel or spotify and see how it performs. Wanted to at least get the channel up today.
In the wake of making my #C64 version of the classic #TMNT arcade character select, I'm now trying my hand at converting another classic brawler select screen.
Here's a #WIP preview of where I'm at so far... any guesses? (I'm sure it's obviously to those who know!)

Update on the NPC Index
This project will give GMs 100s of pre-built, themed, class-based NPCs to put in games immediately.
It'll be a huge timesaver and a big help to new GMs in the #ttrpgcommunity and those converting 1e adventure paths.

@MrYGuy2 Superheroes started as this kid-friendly, pulpy colorful thing, and at some point we started subverting that trope to be darker, until the darkness and violence became status quo.
So now stuff like this is business as usual.

Lineart experiments. Found that perf is tied to poly count. Explicitly setting high poly collection to exclude from lineart, and making lines from low poly increased perf by 10-100x.
Added line weight by baking light/ao to vcol and converting to vertex group. #b3d #greasepencil
