The HP nerf is weird, but it can affect him in more ways than one, here's a few examples:
Ghouls have less HP to reduce AoE dmg.
Same goes for DMG redcution vs Monsters.
(Slows down & Ruins Yorick Jg a bit more)
Ghouls will die quicker vs minions when set free.
So yeah it hurts..

No longer will a Ghoul I can't control draw turret aggro on me when I didn't land E or something.
That Maiden Change is Great aswell, now Yorick can siege without losing Maiden.
Idk about E raising Graves when I don't want to or have 1-2 Graves
