just because it's in an anime style doesn't take away from the fact its purposefully drawn to resemble a child. smaller proportions such as hands and body, big eyes, rounder face, etc.
Gotta love when you spontaneously turn into an anthro raptor, right? At least she kept her clothes... Even if they're a little torn.
