Reed voices something I was thinking - that it's crazy how smart The Quiet Man is and all he's done is focus on stalking Sue and attacking Reed. He could have done so much more.
Robinson leans into it, with one of the evilest bits of dialogue ever.
Reed calls it out as dumb logic, but obviously "The Quiet Man" is too far gone. Robinson ties the whole plot together. Not only did this guy open the portal in issue 1, he was the lawyer in issue 5, and has always been there, messing with things behind the scenes.
Several great things here.
1) Reed has figured out the FF's downfall was orchestrated, how, and by whom, when we didn't even know he was looking into it.
2) He still gets caught off guard.
3) The Heroes Reborn Iron Man armor is the best Iron Man armor.
I always love these moments of quiet intimacy between Reed and Sue.
Also, as a scientist, Reed should know the sugar won't keep the kids up all night. Sugar making kids "hyper" is part placebo effect and part observer bias. The caffeine in chocolate may have some effect though.
