I don't know why a lot of adult cartoons nowadays are trying so hard to replicate the Family Guy artstyle, for example, Hoops, Big Mouth, etc, with very minor changes. The style itself doesn't really look all that special as I don't know what it's trying to go for here.

If I recall Captain Marvel died and passed the mantle onto Carol at some point. I can't comment on the hair since that is subjective and is often longer in the comics nowadays. Kamala is the current Miss Marvel who Carol took under her wing.
