Every time I reread this particular scene/dialogue exchange in Tethered Spirits, I immediately picture that clip of Sokka in the library episode of ATLA, and I kind of love it.
The world music was cozy and the battle themes were intense. The Main Menu theme is so melancholic. I love it. I enjoyed the dialogue's wackiness and clever comebacks. Inventory management in RPGs is fun for me so I like playing with stats and armor. Also, this art is so cute.
Our art director @skeletonhouse did character design, concepts, and is generally responsible for all the colourfulness and aesthetic of the game. Anything visual I worked on was just following their lead! They also brought Sam et al to life by sprite directing all the dialogue.
