Now #KingdomTwoCrowns is out, I wanted to share some work I did on the game! One task early on was to suggest additional visuals. Initially pitched as a bamboo forest, this expanded into a whole feudal japan theme! Here's an early mockup I made of the bamboo forest:

Today marks three years since I started working (for real) on @lgdays. The first image is the first mockup I made (the shadows are a mess 💦) and the rest are some quick doodles I made for the battle system. I'm glad the battle system ended up looking way better than this, haha
