Oh and you clearly will. I believe in you! I've seen a LOT of people improving rapidly because they practised a lot, everyday, as often as they could.

You're not bad & if you keep practising, you'll definitely improve. I would say, try not to draw every single hair. Here are exemples (far from perfect). As you can see, it's more like large strips. Don't hesitate to put some movement in the dress too, to make it more epic.
