A few more characters I believe were inspired by Guts' themes and character design.
Ike - Fire Emblem
Claire - Claymore
Killy - Blame
Shin - Kingdom
For Miura Kentaro.

Sam and Max request: Hat Theif
"You're under arrest for hat burglary!"
"You can't arrest me, I'm ALSO a cop!"
"Well, then I'll just fire you instead!"
"You don't have the guts!!"

Realised I’ve never drawn Guts once, only done a couple berserk sketches. Time to do some more
The Masked Guy of the Day is...
Guts (Berserker Armor) from Berserk.
Recently the Creator of Berserk, Kentaro Miura, has passed away due to a Aortic dissection.
Rest in Peace to the Legend who created this Highly Influential Manga.
✨Rest in Peace Kentaro Miura. 😢 That one time last year when I drew Guts from Berserk✨
I wanna say there's a bit of Guts in all of us. That person who despite how much the world throws at us--wants to fight to live and learn to trust and love again.
Rest in peace Kentaro Miura. You're work was an inspiration to me. Thank you for making Berserk and the legacy it had. It's not much but here's a drawing of Guts.
#Berserk
GUTS drawing from 2006. I should make a new one. I can't even put into words how much an EPIC like Miura's BERSERK changed my life. It's incomprehensible the level of ambition and talent and scope that went into that work. Simply God Tier.
Drakengard (Square Enix) Caim is said to be loosely based off Guts with Zero's Flower Eye and Prosthetic Arm mirroring the right eye and left arm lost by Guts.
Soul Calibur (Namco). Seigfried the main protagonist of the series has a lot of similarities with guts. Not only with his sword Requiem, but also with his transformation into Nightmare that mirrors Guts' transformation in Berserker Armour.
One Piece. Though unconfirmed, there are a lot of similarities between Guts and Zoro. Both having seemingly being orphaned early in age, both having extreme power and pain thresholds as well as the both of them sharing a reserved and withdrawn personality.
Final Fantasy (Square Enix) Guts' iconic sword The Dragon Slayer seemingly influenced a trope of exaggeratedly large buster swords which can most popularly be seen used by Cloud Strife in FFVII. A homage was paid by Final Fantasy XIV players today paying respect to Miura's death.
No one can draw Guts and Griffith like Miura did.
Drew this almost 10 years ago, but I wanted to post a little something because Berserk is and always will be such a powerhouse of a series.
Godō sempre esteve certo em relação a aprendermos a suportar nossas próprias tristezas de maneira adequada... No entanto, razão nenhuma consegue definir ou ditar determinados eventos... Obrigado por tudo e descanse em paz.

no bullshit, idk how many times its happened but i’ll be going through something rough or i’ll be down about life in general and i’ll tell myself “guts wouldn’t stop here so i can’t either”
😭😭😭 #ThankYouMiura
It fills me with so much sadness to hear that Kentarō Miura, the creator of Berserk, one of my most beloved dark fantasy universes, which inspired so many other genres and creations, recently died.
Even made a Kobold RP Character inspired Guts called Gasz.
RIP Kentarō Miura
