Changed the title from what the old outline had because funny. Was supposed to be an end of summer, but you know, "life"...
A story...
The idea came about one day 12/2023 when the KC drawbot account suggested Iowa, Honolulu and Kongo, and I conjured this situation in my head...
Left off at the outline stage, I blasted through finishing this earlier in the month just by fixing or redoing parts of line work.
Was supposed to drop this last week but decided wait until a few more pieces were done... which took longer than expected :/
