1.- First I animated the mechakoopas png movements
2.- Then copy paste them and move the copies interval points a little below them
3.- And because they are png the stripes effects just automatically revolves around them without a mate

"A" colors are more balanced, but the black shirt with the red stripe in C are cool... It's just the hair that doesn't seem to blend well with it.
Sorry I took the liberty to edit A and C colors into different tones.

Fun Fact: My character, Archie was originally based on the Hipster Arch-Vile.

There are still remnants of his design with the stripe on his collar being a reference to the suspenders that the Hipster Arch-Vile skin wears.
