Some evidence to back the theory up:
Eternatus' design is very otherworldly compared to other poison and dragon types, similarly in fact to other Ultra Beasts.
In terms of Regional Lore, The dynamax energy dispersing from Eternatus is identical to Z-Power rings from Necrozma.
