Long story short, the Z-depth pass is not precise enough to let the indirect lighting tool properly figure out the proper geometry of the scene, so I'll have to render a proper indirect pass and upscale it.
This was done using my school ipad, sketchbook autodesk, using symmetry function cuz I can't draw evenly

One more exploration with capsules. Suddenly it works pretty fast and produced quite decent result. I guess next step is creating own assets with scene nodes. Of course there still a lot of limitations but anyway it is good option to parametric controll geometry. @MaxonVFX
