I paid $400 for it on second-hand market website under an impression it was one-of-a-kind prize from Docomo lottery with Hosoya’s signature.

But it turned out that it wasn’t one of a kind and the signature is just a print 💩

These type of people look for art that doesn't have watermarks.
They want "clean" art to rp with.
