I'm also going to do my best to scan the inside cover posters in AVOS and Broken Code, and the maps in Fourth Apprentice and Path of Stars, since I don't believe they're up anywhere
If anyone's interested, my art process usually goes like this:
1. Scan sketch
2. Clean up lines
3. Lay on flats in layers per object (sometimes per clothing article)
4. Lock flats by transparent pixel, and do all highlighting and shading by individual tone
