Not a warcraft character, but my astromancer Emryll, gives space magic a physical form. It's sort of like water in how it flows, but to get it to have an effect, she has to compress it down like when water does when it turns to ice.

Something I really believe in is compression in comics -- I really believe that's the way forward. In issue 2 of Maxwell's Demons we tried to do one page alien life stories -- and this one was my favorite, I think.
