The first pic is from april, since before that i had NEVER touched digital media in my life. My sketches were on paper and always black and white. They also werent very good. Going digital changed my life. Posting to IG and Twitter did too. You guys pushed me to be better :)

@artvalentinapaz Haha, love tubba blubba! Mostly I just pushed the tortuga into the bg some more, but have a bit of sparkle to his eye and some drool. Also darkening the foreground helps with depth! And as a tip for shadows, the darkest part is usually along the middle, when lit above and below.
