Here’s all of the layers. Also made the sketch layer visible above all the others. You can see I adjusted a few things during the coloring process, as the nose, her eyebrow and a few other things don’t completely align with the sketch.

An animated version I made for practice has already shown up on a few streams, but I've been cleaning up this art of "Chibun-E03" for future use - particularly adding layers for certain bits.
Don't mind the old busted monitor she's on, that's probably not anything important.

little update, it's close to done. I removed one of the armor plated to make shouldering the rifle easier like suggested. There is still some atmospheric layers ill add to try and make him fit into the scene better.
