I draw humans and I'd at least like to think I'm pretty good at it, 100€ for fully colored fullbody, a simple background included if customer wants so, similarly done but chibi is 60-90€ (the more simplified the features are, the lower the price)

A good example of what I'm talking about is from a pixel artist , who's done some crazy Pokemon pixel scenes like the pics below.

Obviously more simplified for a game, but the general colour palettes I find to be rather pleasant and unique.
