Not exactly. While 3D is involved in the process, I'd very strongly hesitate to call it 3D art since an incredibly substantial amount of what makes it look good is 2D. Also while I'm at it because I love showing this one around here's Betsy as a silly bat creature-

I will give this to Mr. Hasshi, the modeler, to make it movable.
