Y'know, whenever comics remark or reference how the Symbiote "corrupted Peter" I always find it doesn't work since in 616 that never happened, it only happened in adaptations that came later.

The Ten Rings in Shang Chi & The Legend of the Ten Rings perfectly exemplifies what is wrong with the movie. They took something that is actually really fucking in the comics, & other adaptations, & made it really fucking generic & forgettable. Really generic & forgettable.

as we move into this next era of superhero adaptations that use character names and concepts with only ONE appearance of any importance like Arthur Harrow and Gargantos, i think its important to acknowledge how important fan wikis are to the comic book community

The full character cover pages never disappoint. I really like the colouring choices on these. The richness & depth of colour pages in general always do more for me than colours in anime adaptations. 👏🏽
