I think Bomberman is some kind of multi-sprite. It was perhaps affordable in this type of game. Japanese police cars had a lower black stripe like this in the '80s. Dollars were stolen though. Bomberman Jetters had neat bulbous hover vehicles and I wanted to echo that.
