Finally got my new prints framed and hung, now they've finally arrived. I've only so much wall space in my room (thanks sloped ceilings), so I have to rotate that out as I get new ones. So this is the current config, and the other Pride prints are in my cubicle. LOVE THEM!

Can anyone point me towards a good tutorial for pixel art texturing in Blender on NON-cubic models?

I always get so close but have large issues with scaling and UV, so frustrating. Examples below (not mine):
