The Super Manga is a modern story BASED on Toriyama's Original Manga. It's not a Sequel but a Side-Story with MANY changes no longer consistent to the OG Manga (e.g. No 10 Years of Peace pre "EoZ").

It's just another Continuity, currently active. Like GT was active in the 90s.

Having finished both these movies and watching the four films back to back, I wish they'd make a combination of GB 2016 and GB: Afterlife. Like, an actual comedy (just a funny one) unlike whatever dour experience Afterlife is + in continuity like Afterlife.

sci-fi needs this win and watch it on Disney+ bc the Hulu views don’t count.

Technicalities aside, the series gets better with time and each season stacks with beautiful continuity exploring cause and effect. The writing is so dang fire and so is the acting!
