I have ocd and bpd, so I’ve experienced the prejudice against mental illness firsthand. But know that there are kind people out there that can see that a person is not defined by a mental illness. So stay strong and know you have value.

Im Angela, diagnosed Autist w anxiety, OCD, PTSD and more and I too could not make it without Cymbalta, 90mg per day. Thing is - it was better for me if I had a normal life, if my sitution would change. Then I'd need less.
But yes, they DO help. Provided 1 takes them properly.

We’ve come full circle. The first pic was my favorite piece of Riot for the longest time, and seeing how similar they look so many months apart makes my OCD brain so happy. Obvs tweaks still need to be made but over all I’m thrilled.
