Couple more, Kaaji is still a weird gremlin but Femi went through a lot, poor girl was whitewashed..
Sunspot has been whitewashed again and again but @leinilyu never forgets that Roberto is black and I truly appreciate that. This is the gold standard right here.
@gummydrops2 @Talranddrake “Whitewashing real people now”
He brings up the definition of “Blackwashing” claiming it’s in “retaliation” even tho it’s the same as whitewashing.
He brings up the Nessa whitewashing drama assuming from a past vid that it’s the “Erasure of Niggas” when that was never the case…🤦🏾
Y'all needa stop making these ugly edits. To make y'all yts mad I'll show you guys my edits! Stop whitewashing characters you racists. #whitevember
Well it’s come to my attention what #whitevember is a thing…
Well time to make the crackers mad. Y’all don’t have the right to whitewash POC characters. No one gets to whitewash POC characters.
Enjoy my edit 😌
@RydiaNoon For me personally I would try to use the original base colors and then add a bunch of overlay layers on top to make it fit the wanted pallet. A lot of times whitewashing happens the artist will keep the dark colors dark yet will lighten the skin. Just stay consistent with it imo
An almost daily occurrence on #Genshintwt where #GenshinImpact fans will go out of their way to harass artists for their style of coloring in regards to darker skinned characters claiming "whitewashing" and racism.
Oh man yikes-
Anyways my commissions are open. I won’t whitewash ur ocs or make a whole twitter thread if adjustments are needed 💕

Literally it's that easy to not whitewash/make a character look like a grayish c*rpse. Left is the person's OG piece and the right is an edit I made by just sliding hue/sat values.
