It’s a 22 chapter Manga that’s very Ecchi. But as the story progresses the Ecchi takes a backseat to the protagonists relationship. In the end it’s a sweet story about two lost souls that found each other.

I give it Batman And The Outsiders a more slow paced re-read and wow I enjoyed this comic a lot. The interactions between characters is great and all the cast have great chemestry (Orphan/Signal and Katana/Black Lighting).
I like how Batman takes a backseat...
