Colored in the sketch of the Phantom from minecraft. For this I wanted to experiment with different types of shading with different brushes, and I'm pretty happy with the results! Maybe gonna finish the drawing soon

Some time ago, I lost all my brushes in CSP. Since I wasn't able to remember the brushes and their settings, I just went with whatever. So I was comparing my art before and after I lost my brushes, and I realized that they look a bit different... Or are my eyes playing tricks...
@ZEROFINITE I had to write it out bc it got too long adsgdgds I can chop it up into a thread if that's easier than images nbd just lemme know. Here's some visuals of my brushes, and how the different layers look too. Hope this helps!
Last time I tried Clip Studio was three or so years ago. I recall loving the brushes, but finding it painful compared to ink on paper.
But I got a fancy tablet last year, so maybe it's time to give it a new go.
This quick test has convinced me I need to take in some tutorials.
@TheBonePone unfortunately, i don't know much about places to get those brushes, but what i did here for example (and hopefully this does help) is to make the grass have subtle lines and have some linework over the character. So as i like to think of it as hair
when people tell me their art isnt good bc they dont have good brushes, I draw with the default round brush to annoy them
